10 Year Limited Mattress Warranty
Reverie guarantees that your REVERIE Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first five (5) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in firmness or softness of the HT FOAM pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 1/2 inches or 10% of the mattress height, whichever is greater, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the material break apart despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the remaining 5 (5) years of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you.
During the first year of the prorated, 5-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by ten (10) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period.
Our mattress has been designed to work with a specially designed wooden slat foundation, a Reverie box spring, or a specially designed Reverie adjustable bed. Our warranty and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted on our mattresses with such foundations as "sets." THEREFORE, SUBSTITUTING INAPPROPRIATE MANUFACTURERS' FOUNDATIONS OR BOX SPRINGS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL VOID YOUR REVERIE MATTRESS WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the foundation being provided to your mattress in the event of a warranty claim.
All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn.
This warranty does not apply to:

Reverie may not be able to inspect these products to assess whether covered by the warranty, in which case,
Reverie reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty. Reverie shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Reverie product. No expressed or implied warranties are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Reverie or its authorized dealers, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.

+ Do carton your mattress and carry it on its side when moving.
+ Do not remove the white law label or the model name label. These labels serve as a means of identification to establish your warranty rights.
+ Do not bend or fold, stand or jump on product as damage can occur and your warranty can be voided for this reason.
+ Do not use cleaning fluids on your mattress; it may damage some of the materials.
+ Do not smoke in bed or place product near open flame. This mattress is
manufactured, as required by law, to resist ignition from lighted cigarettes but not
open flame.**

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells the product, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as is" and "with all faults." All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. If you did not purchase the mattress directly from Reverie, you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. 15 Year Limited Mattress Warranty

Reverie 20 Year Limited Adjustable Bed Frame Warranty
Ascion, LLC ("ASCION") warrants this REVERIE Adjustable Bed to the consumer who is the original purchaser (the "Purchaser"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty begins on the "warranty commencement date" which is the date of purchase for new, unused beds and the date of manufacture for beds that have been used as floor or display models. [Thus, on a floor model bed, the warranty is a portion of the limited 20-year warranty.]
FULL 1-YEAR WARRANTY
This REVERIE Adjustable Bed is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the warranty commencement date. Upon notice during the first year after the warranty commencement date, ASCION will repair or replace at no cost to the Purchaser any defective REVERIE Adjustable Bed part, and ASCION will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.
5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
During the second through fifth years from the warranty commencement date, upon receipt of notice, ASCION will replace any REVERIE Adjustable Bed part found to be defective. This limited five year warranty shall not apply unless the defective part is returned to ASCION within ten (10) days of Purchaser's receipt of the replacement part. Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part.
20-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Upon notice during the sixth through twentieth years from the warranty commencement date, ASCION will replace, upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph, any REVERIE Adjustable Bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months after five (5) years from the warranty commencement date, and ASCION shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This 20 year warranty shall not apply unless the defective part is returned to ASCION within ten (10) days of the Purchaser's receipt of the replacement part. Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part. After the twentieth year, Purchaser shall bear the entire cost of repair and replacement of all parts and materials, including labor and transportation.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty does not apply (a) to any damage caused by Purchaser, (b) if there has been any repair or replacement of any REVERIE Adjustable Bed parts by an unauthorized person, (c) if the REVERIE Adjustable Bed has been mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner's Manual and this warranty, (d) to damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords or items supplied by dealers. [Contact the dealer for warranty information on these items.], (e) if there has been any modification of the REVERIE Adjustable Bed without prior written consent by ASCION, or (f) to costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the REVERIE Adjustable Bed or finding an unsatisfactory power connection.
Repairs to or replacement of an REVERIE Adjustable Bed or its components under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period.
The decision to repair or to replace defective parts under this warranty shall be made, or cause to be made, by ASCION at its option and in its sole discretion.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF PURCHASER. THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART OF ASCION FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE, CLAIM, OR LOSS NOT EXPRESSLY COVERED BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
This Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses.
THERE ARE NO UNDERSTANDINGS, TERMS, CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES NOT FULLY EXPRESSED HEREIN. ASCION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED BY ASCION AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to every Purchaser.
This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Personal Collection Pillow 5-year Limited Warranty
Reverie guarantees your Reverie Personal Collection Pillow will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness or firmness of the HT Latex Foam core, or any decrease in softness in the down, silk, or other filling material in the cover, as these do not affect the qualities of the product. This limited warranty does not include changes to the adjustable memory feature that may be associated with change in softness or firmness of the filling materials: It is expected that the softest and firmest possible levels of the pillow will change as the filling materials change over the normal course of their life in the product. The limited warranty does not include damage caused by improper use or handling of the product: improper use and/or handling of the product can be, but is not limited to, pillow fights, transporting the product without adequately packaging it, exposure to extreme environment conditions, soiling the product, burning the product, or using the product for any non-sleep related activity. The limited warranty does cover any physical flaw in the product that causes the material break apart despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product was not purchased directly from Reverie, you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. You may contact Reverie's Customer Service Department by calling toll-free 1-877-7-REVERIE.
